Camp Is Coming
Summer is coming and that means camp and we are incredibly excited for what God is doing to do in the lives of students this year and in our student ministry as a whole.
This year, middle schoolers, are going back to CIY. CIY is at Stephen F. Austin where students will stay in dorms, be a part of incredible worship experiences, and connect with each other and their adult small group leader as they take big steps in their faith.
For the first time ever, we’ll be putting on our own high school camp and we are headed to Lone Hollow Ranch in South Texas. This camp is easily the prettiest camp in Texas and will be an incredible time to connect with God and one another. We’re excited to take a step in making more space to reach every high schooler in our area and we know camp will be apart of that. Do not let your high schooler miss this.

Story Night
We are starting February with Story Night. This night will be dedicated to reading some of the stories of what God did through break weekend, and inviting some students to share live. We believe God can teach us through hearing from other people’s experiences and nights like these can be powerful in helping us follow Jesus together. We can’t wait to invite people into such an incredible moment Wednesday, February 4
New Series-Lasting Faith
Our first big series back from Break Weekend is focused on building a lasting faith. Our big events, help create big moments to help students remove distractions and interact with God in away that helps them be open to starting a relationship with Him or taking a major step in their current faith. However, if we don’t do the work to develop a life that is centered around that relationship, we won’t see the fruit of how good it is to experience a faith that lasts. We’re looking at the first gathering of believers after Jesus goes back to be in Heaven with God, and learning from what they are dedicated to so that we might be dedicated to the same things. Don’t let your teenager miss out on this incredible 5 weeks!
